At CleanBuilding, Inc., we take great pride in providing quality customer services for over 13 years from Winter Park and throughout Florida. Our asbestos abatement, asbestos removal, mold remediation, lead paint removal, and duct cleaning crews are well-trained professionals who understand the importance of a job well done. We also offer selective demolition as part of our growing list of services.

CleanBuilding, Inc. was founded in 2008 by its owner, Kevin J. Klein, a native Floridian with a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from Rollins College in Winter Park.

After more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Klein has spent his lifetime in the environmental remediation and contracting business. Starting in high school working for his father, who owned one of the first asbestos removal companies in Orlando. Kevin continues developing and advancing his company with many welcome additions such as their new office/warehouse building, completed in August 2019.
